Christine Lakin has recently stepped into directing. According to her interview on the Pod Meets World podcast, she has spent the last ten years or so choreographing for various productions over the years, as she was a dancer growing up. While Girl Meets World was on the air, Lakin shadowed Rider Strong and his brother while they directed episodes of the series. She has since gone on to direct episodes of The Goldbergs as well as High School Musical: The Musical: The Series.

Brandon Call was involved in a shooting while driving one night in Los Angeles. Since finally freeing herself from the relationship, Watson has worked to re-establish connections with her former friends, cast members, and family that she had been estranged from while in the relationship. Christopher Castile is currently working as an adjunct professor of political science at Biola University in La Mirada, California. He also teaches U.S. History at Downey High School in Los Angeles.
